Welcome!

We’re glad you’re here!

We are an active, vital community of members, friends, and visitors, families and singles of all ages, and people at various places on their spiritual journey.

We are both a young church and an old church…

We are a young church in many ways.  One, that we have people who have been here for only a few weeks or months.  Two, that we are interested in growth, examining ourselves and learning how we can help address the needs of our own community and the world at large.  We are a diverse group in our spiritual beliefs but one body in seeking to deepen our faith and broaden our service to others.

We also have strong and deep roots in the community.  Our congregation has been here in Westborough for years and years (since 1724 in one form or another).  We are proud of our tradition and seek to build on it, as opposed to be governed by it.

We hope you will come visit in person or look through the site to learn more about us.

Who We Are…

We are a member church of the United Church of Christ.  We share their openness to welcoming all and invite you to visit no matter where you might be on your spiritual journey.  Click the video to hear more.

Embodying Compassion, Embracing Change,

Growing Together in Faith and Love.

This is our Vision statement. Created from congregational input on the ideals that are important to us, it points to our interest in shaping what we do and how we do it during a period of rapid change in many facets of contemporary culture and society. It also makes a strong statement about doing this carefully so as not to interrupt our relationships with each other and our faith.

What Our Members & Friends Say...

Each year, our high school age youth group visits communities across the U.S.and Canada to fix up housing for the elderly, handicapped, and others less fortunate.  Our three kids have attended a total of 10 of these work camps.  Their experiences have been life changing through opportunities for leadership and community service.  Our kids have grown spiritually from participating in these trips.

Linda, mother of 3 Work Campers

An important part of worship for me has always been the music.  Music is a way to connect with my spiritual self and to worship.  I like that this church loves it’s music and supports our kids as they develop.
Doug, recent retiree

The most impressive characteristic of our church to me is the sense of community that pervades everything we do.  Beyond worshiping, singing, studying, and praying together, we enjoy each other’s fellowship and do some amazing things around the annual Church Fair and outreach in the local and broader communities.  This is a place with a big and good heart.
Steve, 14 year church member
