Parkman Bells

Age: Grades 3rd – 8th
The Parkman Bells meet every Thursday from 4:15 to 5:00pm in the bell loft upstairs.
Beginners welcome. Previous sight reading experience helpful but not necessary. Bell ringers will learn about music, improve their ability to read and listen, and learn to act as a team.
Often the pieces may be sung first to understand the structure of the piece and where the emphasis should be. Older or more advanced members may perform solos during the pieces.
All sorts of music styles are explored. Performances are about once a month.
